When a person does something they love, are very good at it, and can make a living doing it, they have found their purpose in life. I have found my purpose and it is plain as day when you work with me to buy or sell a home.
As a full-time real estate broker, I take my business seriously and highly value client satisfaction. I’ve earned four industry certifications, including my most recent, the Certified Residential Specialist. Only 4% of Realtors nationwide hold this esteemed credential, requiring advanced coursework and strict productivity levels.
I am a “number’s guy” with an aptitude toward analyzing all aspects of the deal. I love working with investors or anyone who values a strong analytical approach to buying and selling real estate. I am a homeowner and a landlord so I understand all the unique facets of real estate. Clients appreciate that I am accessible and how I communicate frequently with them to ensure a smooth transaction without surprises or bumps in the road.
Born and raised in a real estate family, I grew up in the business and have always loved it. I spent many days helping my family with their real estate ventures and knew I saw myself in this dynamic industry. I am very passionate about what I do. I graduated from Ohio University where I studied Business and Telecommunications.
